How to Submit

Submission Process

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Prepare Your Paper
Format your paper using the Springer LNNS template. Papers must be written in English and should not exceed 12 pages including references.

Submit via CMT
Submit your paper through the Microsoft CMT platform. Create an account if you don't have one and follow the submission instructions carefully.

Peer Review
Your paper will be reviewed by at least two independent experts. Authors will be notified of acceptance by September 30, 2027.

Submission Guidelines

✓ Paper Requirements

  • Papers must be written in English
  • Maximum 12 pages including references
  • Must follow the Springer LNNS format
  • PDF format only for initial submission
  • Anonymous review — remove author information
  • Original and unpublished work only

✓ Important Notes

  • At least one author must register for the conference
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference
  • Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection
  • Simultaneous submission to other venues is not allowed
  • Camera-ready papers due: October 20, 2027
  • Source files (LaTeX or Word) required after acceptance
